国广清科获邀工信部系统“数据安全技术能力标准”研讨会

当前，数据已成为国家基础性战略资源、重要生产要素，对于推动经济高质量发展，助力国家治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要作用。2022年12月，《中共中央 国务院关于构建数据基础制度更好发挥数据要素作用的意见》正式发布，正式提出“充分发挥我国海量数据规模和丰富应用场景优势，激活数据要素潜能，做强做优做大数字经济，增强经济发展新动能，构筑国家竞争新优势”。数据安全作为企业数据要素价值化的前置条件，得到了各行业企业的高度重视。

Data is now a crucial component of industry and a core strategic resource for the country. It is crucial in fostering high-quality economic growth and supporting the modernisation of the national government structure and capability. It was formally proposed to "give full play to the advantages of China's massive data scale and rich application scenarios, activate the potential of data elements, strengthen and optimize the digital economy, and enhance the new kinetic energy of economic development" in the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Building a Data-based System to Better Play the Role of Data Elements," which was officially released in December 2022. Data security has been highly regarded by businesses across a range of sectors as a prerequisite for the value of enterprise data elements.

中共中央关于“十四五”规划和二〇三五年远景目标建议明确提出建设网络强国、数字中国，发展数字经济，建立数据安全保护基础制度和标准规范，保障国家数据安全。为贯彻落实数据安全相关法律法规及政策要求，促进提升行业数据安全保障能力，中国信息通信研究院（以下简称“中国信通院”）中国泰尔实验室及中国信息通信研究院安全研究所所于2020年3月联合发起“卓信大数据-大数据平台安全专项”。计划通过培训的方式提供标准解读和技术指导，帮助企业加深对于大数据平台的数据安全认知，提升企业的数据安全保护水平。2021年至今，“卓信大数据计划”聚焦企业数据安全管理能力（DSMC）建设，并通过咨询、认证等方式帮助百余家成员单位构建起较为完善的数据安全管理体系。

The CPC Central Committee's proposal for the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the long-term objective of 2035 explicitly calls for the development of a digital economy, the creation of a network power and digital China, the establishment of fundamental mechanisms and standards for data security protection, and the assurance of national data security. China Institute of Information and Communications, China Thiel Laboratory, and China Institute of Information and Communications Security Research Institute jointly launched the "Zhuoxin Big Data-Big Data Platform Secur" to implement relevant laws, regulations, and policy requirements of data security and promote the improvement of industry data security guarantee capabilities. To assist businesses in improving their data security protection level and deepening their understanding of big data platforms, the plan offers standard interpretation and technical assistance through training. Since 2021, the "Zhuoxin Big Data Program" has concentrated on developing corporate data security management capabilities (DSMC), and via certification and consulting, has assisted more than 100 member units in creating a more thorough data security management system.
为进一步响应成员单位在数据安全技术能力方面的诉求，帮助成员单位完善数据安全技术能力建设，“卓信大数据计划”于近日发起了“数据安全技术能力（DSTC）”标准（以下简称“标准”）。

The "Zhuoxin Big Data Program" recently introduced the "Data Security Technology Capability (DSTC)" standard (hereinafter referred to as "standard") in order to better meet member units' demands in terms of data security technology capabilities and assist member units in improving data security technology capacity building.

2023年5月，中国信息通信研究院卓信大数据计划“数据安全技术能力标准”研讨会成功召开。国广清科与其他多个企业的代表参与了本次会议。会议上，国广清科参会专家结合自身企业情况、行业特点、安全痛点，就此次讨论标准的完整性、适用性、全面性进行了热烈讨论，为标准内容提出了许多宝贵建议。

The Zhuoxin Big Data Program seminar on "Data Security Technology Capability Standards" was successfully organized in May 2023 by the China Institute of Information and Communications. Participants at the conference included representatives from Guoguang Qingke and other businesses.
